Wonderful ski-in, ski-out location right near the lifts, and the meals were absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
The room was a bit outdated and had two single beds instead of a double, which wasn't ideal for couples. the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in some areas of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious traditional dinner. Relaxing onsen and cosy fireplace. Convenient bus access from Nagano. Social area perfect for groups. Affordable ski rental gear. Clean and comfortable rooms. Variety of breakfast options

Location and Amenities This hotel was in a prime location near the ski lifts and had a great on-site ski rental facility. the breakfast options were impressive and the natural hot spring bath was a nice touch after a long day of skiing.
Poor Maintenance and Old-Fashioned Decor Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to be in desperate need of some TLC. the rooms were outdated and showed signs of neglect.
